Imagine being able to take a few days or an entire week to renew and rejuvenate, not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Sedona and Costa Rica are two of my favorite places. When I am in Sedona, I feel closer to our creator. The place is truly indescribable; it leaves me with such a sense of peacefulness and well-being. My vision for this retreat is to combine yoga with hiking and natural foods cooking classes with our very talented chef. We will start the day with an invigorating vinyasa yoga class, followed by a freshly prepared, gourmet vegetarian breakfast. We will then go hiking through the breathtaking red rocks of Sedona. The hikes will increase in difficulty as the week goes on. The afternoons will be open to enjoy the pool, do some reading and relaxing, get a massage or partake in an optional cooking class. We will meet up again for a delicious dinner and end the day with a relaxing yoga and meditation class.
The retreat in Costa Rica will be similar to Sedona, but instead of hiking, we will do some exploration of the rainforest, take some surfing lessons, relax on the beach and possibly even have some nature photography workshops.
Sounds like heaven to me. I’m hoping there are a few of you readers who agree and will join me once I work out all the details. I would love to get some feedback as to what you would like to see in a workshop, while I am in the planning process.
